Now this part is what helped me decide to take Glutathione. Plus eating high protein can put you prone to skin breakouts and glutathione helps to reduce inflammation.
Now getting a bit fairer wouldn’t hurt too. If supplementing on Glutathione makes me whiter than my current complexion (which I sometimes despise) I can just get out and get some sun to add color.
