I have always been fond of travelling, places that I go to does not necessarily have to be expensive but more of interesting and fun. Airfares are going down due to new players in the airlines industry and now is the best time to broaden your horizons through travelling.
Travelling for me usually comes with coffee time as I explore different coffee shops in the places I visit, same rule applies: coffee need not be expensive for it to be given a consideration.
Last July 30, I was invited to witness the 1st year anniversary of Travelbean Coffee, A travel Agency that doubles as a coffee shop and vice versa. Travel Bean started from a spin-off of Apols Travel and Tours as they wanted to offer their travel clients a relaxing place where they can sit back and have a cup of coffee while waiting for their travel itineraries.

Aside from coffee, Travelbean also serve some of the best pasta and pastries in town. That night, guest were able to partake some of their savory dishes.

Crispy corn chips that are smothered with ground meat and cheesy sauce also topped with black olives and pickles.

We also got to try some of their coffee concoctions and I must say, they can be at par with mainstream coffee shops that we are used to, plus since they cater to A,B to upper C market, Travel Bean can also customize your coffee according to diet specifications. As I dig further, Travel Bean sourced their coffee in Benguet province which also helps sustain our Local coffee industry.
Pastries galore capped off our food trip as we were served with some of the most sinful desserts in town. I personally loved their mini blueberry cheesecake among others.

The travelling part comes next, looking into their travel itineraries made me gasp as their prices are very competitive and somehow comes too close to having booked your package on your own without going through all the hassles.

Travelbean is open to hosting events such as press conferences and small group seminars as their second floor can comfortably accommodate 30pax.

Plans for Expansion
Currently, only one branch is operational but other branches such as in NAIA 1 and Eastwood Mall are on the planning stage. Franchising is not far behind.
