My Angkong
Since my parents are both working back then, My Angkong was the one who brings and fetches me to and from school. He also brings my lunch and made sure I have everything i need until class dismissal. I never realize how tedious this ritual until I experienced them with my kids.
I also had my own share of mischievousness back then and He always had a way of pulling it off with my teachers and parents of my classmates.
Today, I wonder how I will go through basic education without his patience.

Growing up, I had always remembered my dad as being thrifty. There was even a time wherein I told my mom that I don't want him tagging me along anywhere since he prefers walking instead of commuting.
Looking back, He had every reason in doing so. He was saving up for better things for us-his family and he would not mind neglecting small comforts if this will in the long run give his family a more comfortable life.

He will always be my Knight in Shining Armor. Our kids love and adore him to the fullest.
He will never stop at anything in order to give us everything we need, withstanding much needed rest.
I am rest assured that our kids will grow up to be loving and responsible because their dad has enveloped us in such.

These three Men are special to me, I am saying this not only because today is Father’s day, but because they have been instruments of my success in life.
They have been there to support me through thick and thin.
