Not your ordinary restaurant – Skull and Bones

Skull and Bones is a secret society at Yale University which was founded in 1832. Until 1971, the organization published annual membership rosters, which were kept at Yale's library.  The society is known informally as "Bones", and members are known as "Bonesmen".

Here in the Philippines, Skull and Bones is a food joint in UP Town Center that serves out of the box, awesome menu.

This establishment was introduced to me when I had lunch there after an event on the same venue.

I tried their Chicken Chipotle Burrito. Chunks of chicken with rice, beans, sour cream wrapped in wheat flour tortilla. This was really uberly delicious!

Other notable food items in the menu are:

The Dirty South: Rice Krispies battered fried chicken patty with honey and coleslaw

The Macgruber-ger! burger topped with cheese, salsa, mushrooms, and fried ramen noodles for that extra crunch. ( This can be messy, though)

The Blue Palasky, a burger smothered with bleu cheese and caramelized onions. 

The Godzilla Dog – Japanese style beef pork frankfurter, wasabi mayo, soy sautéed mushrooms, carrot tempura, and strips of nori. 

Cowabunga dude! If you've ever imagined how a pizza burger would taste, this is it and it's awesome! 

For the health conscious eater, this establishment also serves salads.
