Milk is an important part of dietary requirement for everyone especially with children. Milk gives a long-term bone-building benefit since it contains calcium.
In the Recent U.S. dietary guidelines, the number of recommended servings of dairy products:
· Two servings a day for kids under 4
· Three glasses a day for kids between 4 and 8.
· Four glasses for kids 9 to 18.
In one of my mall-time walk, I came across something that stirred my interest as this is something that would make my kids love drinking milk.
