From serene yoga to dance marathon and hard-core circuit training, participants did not hesitate to test up to how far they can go. Coaches Jim and Toni Saret of Fit Filipino Movement (FitFil) and the Biggest Loser Philippines were hands-on in encouraging and guiding everyone from start to finish.
Makati Shangri-La Manila through this launch strongly advocates wellness and are inviting guests, colleagues, and communities to say “Yes to Wellness” in this international celebration of holistic health and well-being.
Part of this experience are curated sessions such as Yoga Marathon, Dance Fitness Marathon, and Circuit Training and Group Exercise Challenge. The talks are focused on the “Power of Holistic Nutrition and Plant-Based Juicing” for healing and the prevention of diseases.
Attendees were also treated to a gastronomical healthy spread specially prepared by Executive Chef Nicola Canuti’s team. Thereby, complementing the day-long exercises with the appropriate meals minus the guilt.
Makati Shangri-La, Manila’s GREAT to be Well program is an exciting journey for all. Wellness retreats, inspirational talks, tennis tournaments, other fitness challenges and classes will continue until September, in observation of World Wellness Weekend.
