Though I have to admit I am more of a coffee drinker than tea, the latter has its own lure due its character and benefits.

Tea drinking dates as far back as 2737 BC in China as Emperor Sheng Nung accidentaly discovered tea while sitting beneath a tree one afternoon, his servants were boiling hot water when some leaves blew into it. He decided to try the infusion which is now called tea.

Most dark teas contains caffeine that are comparable to coffee but there are white variants that are caffeine-free for those staying clear of caffeine. Tea is a very flexible beverage as it can adapt to different flavors and temperature, thus you can have it either Hot, Iced, Blended with coffee or Milk.
