I saw it when I went south a few weeks back then just last week on my way north there it is again, it didn't spare the University belt area as I saw it yet another time was stuck in the traffic last Monday.
But who Manuel really is… no one knows. I guess we just have to wait until the 22nd of May to get the answers.
