Blogging as Hobby and Passion

I have not been blogging long enough to be an expert in the industry, In fact, I just started this year and still learning the ropes and trends in the blogging industry.
 
In the Philippine scene alone, you’re vying for a spot amongst thousands of bloggers, being at the top of your niche can be very daunting but if you keep a mantra of “just being able to share is enough”, then you’ll do just fine.
 
In this industry, you’ll hear the phrase “Content is King” a lot, meaning what you put in your blog and how you present a story means a lot. Being able to engage your readers with your story is the key, influencing them is another milestone.
 
Bloggys’s Award 2015

 Bloggys 2015 is a nationwide awarding event organized by essays.ph which aims to recognize blogs by Filipinos, for Filipinos and about Filipinos.
 
Being part of this presentation is indeed a stepping stone for most newbies like me, I am not familiar about its process but very grateful to be included.

Here are the mechanics:
 

• In order to vote, you need to have a valid: Mobile Number, Email Address, Facebook Account
• You can vote for multiple blogs (Just select the nominees that you want to vote).
• You can only vote ONCE per section (i.e. If you have already cast votes in Section 1, you can still cast votes for Section 2-5, but not on Section 1).
• Creating duplicate Facebook accounts to cast votes is strictly prohibited.
• The finalists and winners will be revealed in the gala night, November 21, 2015 at SMX Convention Center, SM Aura Taguig.
