Take for example the Bo lou Bun aka pineapple bun which does not really have pineapple in the ingredients. You can opt for either the p[lain, with butter or with BBQ pork filling.
Their extremely flaky egg tart which is a marriage of HK and Portuguese style of which its pastry is so flaky with 192 layers complementing with the silky egg custard.
Take note though that their Cafe style pastries which are so popular that gets sold out in the afternoon, so come early!
